Privacy Policy

OODAi (“OODAi,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Autopoietic Synthetic Intelligence, Inc. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use OODAi.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide, including account details, messages, files, goals, notes, contacts, preferences, and other content you add to OODAi.

Connected services

If you connect services such as email, calendar, files, cloud hosting, financial accounts, health services, or social platforms, we receive the information needed to provide the features you request. The information available to OODAi depends on the permissions you grant.

Usage and device information

We collect limited technical information about how you access and use OODAi, such as browser or device type, IP address, timestamps, feature usage, diagnostics, and crash data.

2. How we use information

We use information to: provide, personalize, maintain, and improve OODAi; perform actions and generate responses you request; connect and synchronize services you authorize; protect the security, integrity, and reliability of OODAi; communicate with you about the service; and comply with law and enforce our agreements.

3. Google user data

If you connect Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, or Google Cloud), OODAi accesses only the Google data required for the connector you enable. We use that data solely to provide or improve user-facing features in OODAi — for example reading and sending mail you ask us to handle, showing and updating calendar events, reading files you open, and operating hosting you connect.

We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for ads, retargeting, or credit, lending, or broker purposes. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you agree to a specific review, it is required for security or law, or the data is aggregated for internal operations. We do not use your Google user data to train public or shared AI models.

You can disconnect a Google connector at any time in OODAi Integrations. Disconnecting stops further access; we delete or isolate stored Google data from that connector according to section 6.

4. Artificial intelligence and model providers

OODAi uses artificial intelligence providers to process requests and generate results. We send those providers only the information reasonably needed to fulfill a request, subject to their data-processing terms and our contractual controls. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private content to train public or shared AI models without your explicit consent.

5. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate OODAi, including hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, communications, payment, and AI infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or when you direct us to share it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information as long as needed to provide OODAi, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You may request deletion of your account and personal information. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained when legally required.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest for connected-account tokens. No system is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update account information, disconnect integrated services, change permissions through the relevant provider, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to appeal a decision about your request.

9. Children

OODAi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

10. International data transfers

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as OODAi evolves. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
