Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Autopoietic Synthetic Intelligence, Inc. (“ASI,” “we,” “us”) for OODAi at oodai.com and related apps.
1. The service
OODAi is software that helps you coordinate goals, work, communications, and connected services. We may change or discontinue features.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13.
3. Your content
You retain rights to content you put in OODAi. You grant ASI a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate OODAi for you.
4. Connected services
If you connect Google or other providers, you authorize OODAi to access those services with the permissions you grant. Their terms also apply. You can disconnect at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse OODAi, attempt unauthorized access, violate law, or use the service to harm others.
6. AI output
OODAi uses AI. Output can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use it.
7. Disclaimers
OODAi is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
You may stop using OODAi at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
